How it works
From quote to delivery

Step 1
Request a quote
Send us the collection and delivery addresses and a description of the goods. We reply with a price and an expected delivery date.

Step 2
Book
When you accept the quote, we register the shipment and email the receiver a tracking number.

Step 3
Follow progress
Each time the shipment’s status or location changes, the tracking page is updated and the receiver is notified by email.

Step 4
Delivery
The shipment is delivered to the address provided and marked as delivered on the tracking page.

Delivery times
International air freight takes 1–10 working days, sea freight 15–45 and road freight 2–10, depending on the service. Customs clearance is extra.
